The product must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received; correctly labeled with its original tags and with no apparent signs of use. DREAMING HABITS reserves the right not to accept any item that is not in perfect condition.
To exchange your item for a different size you have to process a return and place a new order
In order to return your shipment, you need to follow the instructions on the form included in your package, if you do not have it please ask us to send you a new one email@example.com.
You can also print a copy of your order. This is important because if you do not include either of this we are not to be able to identify the customer and make the refund.

Product returns that are incomplete, damaged, modified, or in any condition which Cortana can reasonably believe have been used will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their cost.TO RETURN AN ORDER
