SHIPPING, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs differ depending on the country of destination. The shipping costs are automatically calculated and are reflected in the checkout page.

The goods always travel with postage prepaid and charged on the invoice.

CUSTOMS & TAXES

We remind you that customs charges, duties and taxes of the country shall be borne by the customer. Local government import taxes and duties may be payable upon receipt of your goods. These costs are non-refundable by Dreaming Habits, as they are out of our control. If any parcel is returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund any cost we incur.

For more information on Customs and Import charges, we would recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

DELIVERY

Europe: 3–5 working days
Rest of the world: 5–10 working days

You will receive a tracking number by email once the order is shipped.

The garments in “pre-order” are shipped approximately on the date that appears on the web page when you buy it.  Delivery dates may vary slightly. In that case we will contact you to inform of any changes.

TRACKING

When the order leaves DREAMING HABITS warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and the carrier company.

RETURNS

If for any reason upon receipt of your order you are not completely satisfied, you have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt for returning your shipment.

Returned items must be:
  • Unused and undamaged
  • Clean and with all original tags intact
  • Packed securely in their original packaging or equivalent protection

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as T.ba cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
For exchanges, please contact our team at shop@dreaminghabits.com to arrange the process and confirm product availability.
In order to return your shipment, you need to follow the instructions on the form included in your package, if you do not have it please ask us to send you a new one shop@dreaminghabits.com. You can also print a copy of your order. This is important because if you do not include either of these we are not to be able to identify the customer and make the refund. The cost of returning the shipment will be at customer’s side.
Any customs charges incurred due to failure to follow the return or exchange instructions provided by our team will be the customer’s responsibility, and T.ba will not be held liable for such costs.

Product returns that are incomplete, damaged, modified, or in any condition which Dreaming Habits can reasonably believe have been used will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their cost.

TO RETURN AN ORDER

Enter in the original package the item or items you want to return along with the return form which was included in the original shipment.  If by any chance you cannot find the form please email us to shop@dreaminghabits.com and we will send it to you.

  1. Place the product in the original shipping box.
  2. Complete the returns form and include it in the box.

Please bear in mind that the cost of returning of goods are to be borne by the customer.

Any customs charges incurred due to failure to follow the return or exchange instructions provided by our team will be the customer’s responsibility, and T.ba will not be held liable for such costs.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be credited to the same credit card or payment method used customer when purchased the order, when the order is received at our warehouse in Lagasca 61, 2º exterior izquierda, 28001 Madrid.

Please note that all card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on the processing time. Please note that this may vary between card issuers.

We recommend keeping your shipping note until you have received a refund.

Once the refund has been issued a refund confirmation will be sent to the customer.
