Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination country. Shipping costs are calculated automatically and are reflected on the payment page. Shipping costs will be reflected on the purchase invoice.
Please note that customs duties or taxes for the country will be borne by the customer.
In case of a return, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Delivery Times

  • Spain: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of the world: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs procedures or local holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Items on "pre-order" are shipped approximately on the date shown on the website when placing the order.

In some cases, the date may vary slightly, in which case we will contact you to inform you of any changes.

Delivery times are approximate, and a delay in delivery does not, under any circumstances, entitle you to a possible claim for damages.

Shipment Tracking

When the order leaves DREAMING HABITS warehouses, you will receive an informative email with a tracking number from the shipping company.

Countries to which shipments are not made

No shipments are made to the following areas in European Union countries: Ceuta, Melilla, or the Canary Islands (Spain), Heligoland Island and the town of Büsingen (Germany), the Faroe Islands and Greenland (Denmark), Åland Islands (Finland), Mount Athos (Greece), San Marino, Channel Islands, and Gibraltar (United Kingdom).

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order upon receipt, you have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt to make your return.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and undamaged
  • Clean and with all original tags intact
  • Securely packaged in their original packaging or with equivalent protection

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Returns of incomplete, damaged, spoiled, modified products, or in any condition that DREAMING HABITS may reasonably believe to have been used, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. In case of a return, the item amount will be refunded, but not the shipping costs.

How to make a return
- Place the items to be returned back in their original packaging and shipping box.
- Fill out the returns form and place it inside the box. You can also request the form be sent to you by email at shop@dreaminghabits.com
- Send the package by courier or postal mail to the address on the return form: Lagasca 61, 2º ext izda 28001 Madrid tel. +34 915778464.

Any customs charges incurred by not following the return or exchange instructions provided by our team will be the responsibility of the customer, and Dreaming Habits will not be held responsible for such costs.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. Upon receipt of the return, we will issue the refund to the payment method (card, etc.). Please note that once we have authorized the refund, it may take 7 to 10 business days for the customer's card or payment method provider (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, etc.) to process it.

We recommend keeping your shipping note until you have received your refund.

Please remember that shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
